Frasilie Stinvil, Esq.

Frasilie Stinvil represents clients in matrimonial/family law and health care law.

Frasilie helps clients obtain favorable results through negotiated settlements or litigation in matrimonial and family law matters. She has represented many clients in matrimonial cases which involved equitable distribution of multi-million dollar marital estates. As a skilled negotiator, she attempts, wherever possible, to attain the client’s goals through a negotiated settlement. When the client’s objectives cannot be obtained through settlement, she zealously advocates for her clients.

In addition, Frasilie represents physicians, nurses and chiropractors in buying and selling of their practice and insurance audit reviews. She represents health care professionals in professional misconduct, license restoration and moral character proceedings before the New York State Education Department and Office of Professional Discipline. Her practice includes representation at hearings, preparing appellate briefs and arguing appeals challenging license revocations.

Frasilie is a graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law and earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.  As a law student, she completed an externship for The Honorable L. Priscilla Hall, Associate Justice, Appellate Division: Second Judicial Department and Magistrate Judge A. Kathleen Tomlinson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Prior to attending law school, Frasilie worked as a Compliance Officer Trainee at the Department of Veteran Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System in California. She is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
